When I said "chip" I meant Diablo tuner. It adds about 30 H.P. You have to run premium. You can feel the difference. You can also leave it plugged up and get real time data and record it. I posted here to see also if any 6 cyls. have been up against one.

i did. it was a 2004 with a bolt on or two and he didnt stand a chance. I spund the tires all the way into second too cause it was a new road. And a GT vs a civic? I wouldnt even call that a race. Last night i was in this parking lot that a bunch of people hang out at and there was rice everywhere! It was pissing me off cause i didnt have my car with me so i couldnt talk shyt to them! They were making fun of trans ams and vetts passing saying "they just put flowmasters on em and then think it sounds cool". God i hate rice!

Rice is a frame of mind where you think your cars the **** and uber fast IMO and you talk crap to other drivers putting down their rides. Ricers aren't just import guys...sure the term rice grew from modded imports...but it's evolved to anyone with the attitude i descibed IMO.

I know stock the 2000 SI is slow. I drove my buddies a while back and even with VTEC it was slower than my Toyota Celica POS. With a turbo it will change everything depending on what turbo set-up he's running, what PSI he's running, anything else he changed to go with it (Hopefully he changed to a 3' exhaust setup for a turbo on a 4cyl). You'll definately beat him off the line. And besides, you said he's your son right? Just beat the crap out of him for driving too fast if he wins lol.

I race aginst civic si's with my corolla...my corolla destroys them on the straights and in turns I only push about 185hp out of my corolla...these guys have alot more done to thier cars than I do. Stock block, 11.3:1 Arias Pistons, Carrillo rods, two oil coolers, port and polish, hks 8.35Lift 256 duration cams, and I have my cams adjusted +3 degrees on intake and -3 on exhaust, twin oil coolers, large koyo racing radiator and an annoying green paint scheme. Call it rice call it what you want, its a track car. [:'(] the car is ultra fun to drive "RWD" but definately will never have the umph that the mustang gives.

I hate civics and all that stupid import rice POS. I say we should get them all together and put them in a pot of boiling water and see how much they swell up. I want to build and american v6 (preferably my mustang
