I should have known when she came home with beer for me, something was up! Then this morning she takes me out to my Stang and shows me the damage she caused at the bank drive through......... She ripped up the black plastic under the passenger door. Apparently she got a little too close to the curb and scraped the hell out of it!

Any ideas what this will cost me?

The side rockers? like the flat black piece? If thats it then go here: http://www.newtakeoff.com/index.asp?...ID=8127....You can either get a gloss black to replace or get the color of your car. Not very expensive $200 plus shipping and you can put them on urself. Cheaper then going to the dealership they pry charge $150 for the part alone not to mention how much the labor is. I'll look around for ya to see if i can find some cheaper ive seen some somewhere otherwise those arent abd.

Actually according to the site they charge $400 a piece for the molding so personally i would just go with either the black or the torch red panels and put them on yourself. I'm pretty sure they just attact with the retaining clips that are on the one you have. Just incase those are ruined though you can go to like autozone or something and pick somemore up there really cheap. Hope it goes good for ya.

www.v6mustangstuff.com has those already painted under the take off's category. I think they are $79 a piece or something around that. I'm going to get a pair.

Wow nice find thats the one place i forgot to look at lol and i normally look there just to see if they added any new take off parts. So ya figure $140 for both then i dont know how much they charge for 2 to ship but either way its still cheaper then buying even one from the dealer....I might just get some in the gloss black to make the black door stripes!

its ok man...i hit an "insivible" curb and it ripped mine completely off and put a dent in the frame under it....dent wasnt too bad but i had to get a new rocker...someone on these forums offered me his 2 stock v6 ones for 90 bux shipped so i took his offer and fixed my car...your best bet is the gt takeoffs
