Tuner CAI Combo and exhaust should be the first things to do to the car. In my personal opinion save some money and just replace the muffler. Going dual only nets you about 3-4 more hp and its costs alot more then going with a single. The get some awsome bullit take off wheels from Haney Motorsports which they have for $365 before shipping which will pry run $125.

BAM!! first thing i am going to do to my V6 is RIMS "2007 shelby cobra" www.mustangtuning.com (september sale) black machined with 275 40 18 bf goody g-force. and then sport some eibach lowering springs(already spent $765).... then Cervini eleanor kit(#8013) with a Ram air hood(#1711) should run about $1860 all together.Stick some stripes on it and then go for the power.(MMR cold air intake and possibly some headers, and some exhaust mods. cosmo413@yahoo.com

This may sound silly to you, but you need to make sure your car is in 'tune' first. I went from 14.9 to 14.6 to 14.4 after changing my plugs, fuel filter and oil.(plus my last mod, the PHP alt pulley, and as good as it is, it didn't add all that power) All my mods couldn't do a thing untill the base car was running right. In progression, my mods were
1. lowering springs
2. wheels/tires -2 sets
3 honeycomb rear panel
3. flash tuner- bought two kinds
4. CAI-bought 2 kinds
5 shaker 500 radio
6. billet *****
7 mirror shells
8 hood pins
9 zenon rear spoiler ( not used on car)
10 gt steering wheel
11 billet shifter trim
12 street scene fascia
13 shelby center fog grill
14 gt fog lamps
15 billet fuel door
16 custom stripes
17 hood scoop -bought 3 of them
18 dual exhaust
19 headers
20 3:73 trac loc-had to buy 2 sets of gears
21 gt Front and rear sway bars
22 PHP alt pulley
this all equaled 14.9 and a modified mustang class win at the mustang show
after doing the plugs, fuel filter and oil, 14.4
Next is
Reprograming of my SCT2
LCA's
Panhardbar
Weld prostars
Drag radials
this equals an empty bank account and a not very amused wife.
To me it's well worth it, I love the looks I get, the sounds it makes and making it go faster
