Default Louvers staying

Any one have problems with there louvers staying stuck on? I took mine off, but I want to put them back on. The Only problems is I have to get them repainted and I just don't want to spend the extra money just for them to just fall off again I have xenon scoops but thinking about buying the roush louvers. So the people that have these do you have problems with them staying on?

I have heard people having problems with the Xenon type falling off. They are oversized and don't have brackets to keep them securely fastened like the Rousch type. You have to do a search. I think they are little too BIG personally. That's just my opinion.
