What would the out come be????
Would the Roush S/C GT win by a little or a lot?
Well I can tell you Mustang & Fast Fords Octorber page 73 Mustangs and Fast Fords got thier hands on a Roush S/C GT 5 spd for testing and the best run was a ????
***** Rygen best time 12.80 vs the Roush 5spd S/C GT best ET that day 12.90****
But they did come back another day with a 12.63 but still impressive how the Rygens PH turbo can hang with that Roush S/C GT 5 spd Roush. Hmmm??? Rygen is installing a Stall converter 10psi soon???.
Rygen wasn't in the article but thought it was interesting to post the ET vs rygen ET.

I think it would come down to the set up of other parts on the car. But I'm gonna put my money on the GT.

Yea I know but still impressive how that PH V6 turbo at 8.5 did against that Roush

well rygen vs thr roush it is hands down roush. I want the ph turbo kit very badly, but the roush is just out of the range of a modded 6 without MAJOR mods exceeding just f/i and bolt ons. Rygen ran a 12.8 with DR's...throw DR's on the roush and you have a low 12 sec car.

I know what your saying but hey lets look at a few things here, rygen is running a auto at only 8.5psi, a 373 gear (imo also too tall of a gear for the turbo would run a faster ET with the right gear 3.31 and don't forget the stall). If Rygen turns up the wick a little bit say 10psi, gears, stall converter should be this week (to help against the stick) what ET do you think he would run then?
I am not trying to be argumentive but the above setup at 10psi would IMO (both running DR's) would give a stock S/C Roush a run for its money and if it was against an Roush S/C auto I would put money on rygen.
I'll tell you I keep thinking about that PH Turbo with a stick at only 9.5psi we are looking at a high 12 second car on street tires.

They put it on a dyno it put down 391rwhp & 367 lb ft torque also the Roush GT weights more than a V6 it was 3800 w/driver.

im waiting for someone to go fully built short block with the ph turbo running at it's maximum efficiency....i really REALLY can't wait to start seeing some 500hp turbo 4.0's...you'd need alot of tranny and rearend stuff/ axles etc, but man can you imagine?!

oh its just a gt with a roush charger then. I dunno at higher boost i think rygen could take them but then they could just up theirs too. If it was a real roush stage 3 i dont think so o_O
