I have looked over the entire manual, but I cant find what size the oil plug is. The car is a 2005 4.0 liter v6. Does anybody on here know?

the hex head? lik eyou want to know want wrench to use on it? it would be a 13mm if im not mistaken.. i havent done an oil change on a mustang in a while though


if your looking for thread size.. at your next oil change your gonna have to measer the lengthx width, and the tread pitch

I wanna know what size the bolt is so that I can buy a socket to fit it.

Tommorow I will crawl under my stang and use my socket set to find the correct size for you. I suggest you purchase a socket set so that you can have a variety of sizes. Individual sockets cost 50-75% more money that just buying a set as a whole.... just a helpful idea.
