are you sure it wasn't an srt-4?i knew a guy who made his look like a standard sxt model. a pretty good sleeper. he was running over 320 fwhp with a single silencer exhaust and a custom tapered wastegate so you couldn't hear the upgraded turbo. i've seen people out there who've fooled me before. i mean this guy put standard sxt bumpers on with the sxt badging and everything. you should've asked him to pull over and take a look at his engine.

i have two general rules of thumb for you. Never race someone that says they have a surprise, it is never a good one. Second, never race a car that is in good condition and is painted with primer. That basically means they are doing their own paint job and know what they are doing, and they bought a car just to repaint it and such. That means they A. have alot of money and are building a total monster B. realized they didnt know how to paint their own car and had to stop. Having him tell you he has a surprise, and it being just primed, basically you should have been expecting a turbo or a huge shot of nitrous.

The main thing is it will greatly improve your throttle response and get rid of the horribly mushy Ford shifts! Our car shift extremely slow!
