I read in an article once that car manuafacturers like to have a wide variety of choices for people, but like to have a lot of the colors being "non objectionable"... i.e. silver, grey, charcol.... these colors will typically be accepted by somebody if the features of the car meet their needs. It's important to have many of these cars on the lot. I think this is just another of those colors that people don't mind.

Myself I'm not much on the Legend Lime color. I do like the Screaming Yellow and I think the Grabber Orange is sweet! I also think that the yellow and orange both look awesome with black Shelby stripes. Of course, I LOVE the Sonic Blue with the white Shelby stripes!!! For 05's of 160,412 Mustangs, 9,094 (5.7%) are Sonic Blue. Then they changed it to Vista Blue. So, 05 Stangs (S197's) in Sonic Blue are few and far between! I know I have only seen one other Sonic and it was a GT with no stripes and when I was on a road trip. I have not seen any other Sonic's in my town.
