Back then, I was using his 93 performance tune with a TI CAI. Now with the Turbo, I run tunes from Powerhouse.

I never got the money like I wanted for the TI and SCT XCal 2 tuner so I would suggest a K&N Drop In air Filter and A new muffler. I just put in a K&N Filter and I'm waiting for the delivery of my Flowmaster AT SingleAxle Back. I'd imagine that between the 2 I'll losen up around 5-7 RWHP from what I've read.

Honestly I did not notice a difference with the K&N drop in.....
Not a big one at least.

I say forget the drop in and go with a CAI/tuner combo if your getting the mod bug the drop in is going be a waste. Then I agree with a previous post do the GT take off even if it's just a single. Then if youreally want some pep in the ponie do 3.73 gears with T-Loc I did that and that's when I saw the best pick up and go from the car. all three with probably set you back about $1500.00 but you will feel the difference. BTW make sure you have a GOOD gear guy do the rear end.

I can feel it pulling slightly more than before, but I'd be lying if I said that the K&N is the reason I spun out yesterday

First mod for me was a GT take off single axleback from Diversified. I paid around $40 for both GT take off mufflers.. just put one on. .... and It sounds nice. Not as nice as a GT... but nice.. especially when you get on her. That and tinting my windows is it. When the warrantee runs out in 3 years.. I might get a tune... Then again.. I will probably trade it in for a GT.
