T-lok install in MD
Anyone know a good place to get a T-lok installed in MD? Plaza Ford in Belair is listed as a Ford Racing Parts authorized installer, but I was looking for something closer to home (Millersville, MD). Thanks...

There are places in Glen Burnie, I dont know the names, but I'll look into it, when I was at a Mustang Show in Waldorf some guys told me they had work done there but I frogot the name. as far as "mustang" shops the only 2 I know is Evolution, right on the PA border and http://www.excessivemotorsport.net/ both are a bit over an hour from where youre at.....

I have some questions too, I'm thinking about gears and t-lok, I'm in Annapolis.
Would having a dealer do the install keep your warranty intact? Would make it worth the drive to Bel Air if it did.
Anyone have a ballpark, parts and labor, I'd be looking at for 4.10's and t-lok?

Your rear end would not be covered under warrenty if you do this. I've talked a handful of shops, and got the following for what you are looking to do:
-Gears & bearings, shims, etc: $200
-Tlok: $180-200
-Labor: $300
$900 bucks for this job is a bit high for an experienced shop btw.

That sucks, I was under the impression that ford parts put on by a ford dealer kept the warranty intact. It's still something I'll probably do down the road, though. I'm not a fan of an open rear end.
