18" Wheel/Tire combo for flush w/fender fit?
What 18" wheel and tire size do I need to have the tires near flush with the outer fenders?

why not get the Eibach Pro Kit and lower it and keep the wheels/tires you have. Thats the set up I have and they fill the wheelwells just right.
