So your RPMs went up by 500...when I'm driving 80 its just under 2500, so 3000 doesen't seem that bad.....
Based on the ratios, his 2500 went to 3100... I think that is alot. Even 2500 the engine is really working, 3100 the engine sounds like its really under a lot of load. It's all personal taste, but I would never want to run down the hiway at 3100 RPM cruising.

LoL, thanks man! 1st gear is almost a joke lol, it's kind of just to get going but I can start out in second if I want to lol. I was originally going to get 3.73's but my dad talked me into 4.10's. It's alot of fun but if it starts to suck really bad I'm deffinitly going to see about getting bigger tires on the rear. 3.73's might end up being better for F/I because I plan on supercharging her next year but I'll play it by ear and see what's up. You only live once right? I'm going to enjoy it as much as possible you know? Thanks again man I appreciate it!

I don't know exactly what my RPM's are at what mphs because the place I got it done at didn't have any speed cals in so I won't have the speedometer callibrated until next week which sucks but I'll live. I was driving behind my mom and when she was at 70 I was going around 90 at about 2,600 - 2,700 RPM's. Before I was going about 2,000 - 2,100 RPM's at 70 MPH. At 80 I'm about 3,000 and it sounds good but I'm kind of paranoid about the engine and gas mileage. I was on the highway yesterday in the left lane and was able to cruise at 2,500 - 2,600 RPM's but when they got too high I just got over. So what I might do is get rear tires an inch bigger than the stock ones like what creaming did to The Mistress. (I have the pony package so I think they're either 26 or 27 inch tires) What are LCA's by the way? (Probably a stupid question...) Thanks alot guys!

I'm leaning more towards 3.73s for my manual...is there really a big difference b/w those and the 4.10 performance wise????

Default decrease MPG

If I switch to 3.73, how much MPG loss should I expect and how much higher RPM's on the freeway?
Strongly considering and if only 1-2 mpg its not too bad.

1 mpg for 3.73s
2-3 for 4.10s

I won't dispute your claim as to how much drop in ET someone would see with 3.73's versus 4.10's gears. But I would like to pose a question. Does changing gear ratios affect your 1/4 mile MPH, and if so, by how much? Just curious...
