Default RE: What to Do?

I was thinking about getting a Mrt Axleback Exhaust and C&L Trueflow air intake system and Predator Tuner, what else would be good?

Make sure you check out Bamachips before you go for a tuner, I hear nothing but good things about that company, and they use the almighty SCT X-Cal. A set of gears and headers would definately give it a little more spunk too.

+1 Go with sct not diablo. Easier to do stuff with it later on

I did a CAI from AFE and dual GT take off exhaust and a tune from Bamachips and it dyno'ed at 201rwhp and 238rwt on a 89 octane tune. From what I hear headers won't do much more HP wise than dual exhaust but they sound good. Start with the easy stuff and see how it goes then if you want more move up to nitrous.

What am I looking at as far as performance after installed?

Well what do you think would be better GT take offs or an MRT Exhaust, what are the pros and cons between them?

GT Take-off:
Pros: Super cheap, good gains for the price, sounds good.
Cons: Not as much power as MRT

MRT:
Pros: More gains over GT takeoff, louder*
Cons: louder*

*MRT being louder is a pro or a con depending on personal preference.

Tell them to buy you a V8, and if they say what, ask them where they parked their V8.
