Default Car kept hesitating lastnight "throttle"

Ok, so I park my car lastnight when I went to eat, came back an hour later...started her up....and the RPM's were struggling...I mean the gauge was going crazy. So I was stepping on the gas and I was barely moving, the car just kept shaking to stay alive. So I pulled over...stopped Sophie....and when i started her up she was perfectly fine. What gives? This is the second time this has happened. Today Sophie is running perfectly fine again......huh?

My car did that about a year ago, it ran fine and then one day it started acting all weird, no power, shaking, the RPM's were all over the place without me touching the gas pedal, the whole bit. I turned it off and then it ran ok when I restarted, this happened twice and then it went into "fail safe" mode. It was a bad throttle body. When the dealer tried to do a diagnostic on it the computer said it was fine, but the mechanic and I could SEE the car shudder and hear the throttle body fishing (RPM's going up and down up and down) He called Ford and they figured out the problem. They had it fixed in a couple of hours. I haven't talked with anybody else who has experianced this. Either way your dealer should fix this gradis
