Hello,

I ordered a new '07 Mustang on 11/11 (Saturday) .. the dealership said the order was placed today (11/13, Monday), and I received three pages in a fax: "Targeted Product Offering Vehicle Order ... Order No. xxxx has been added to the order bank." and two more pages titled "Vehicle Order Confirmation" with my order specs. Is this considered the "DORA"?

I tried calling the "Vehicle Status Center" through the 800# automated system, but the system said "no status is found for the information you provided" ... does this mean that the order wasn't placed by the dealer?

Yes, if you reeived the DORA paper work...it is ordered. It will take a couple weeks before a vin and more info on the car is available. Congrats...what did you order??
