Default First Dyno Run and the results...

I complete my first ever dyno run yesterday. My little black stang ran a consistent run every single time @ 186 rwhp.

So to summarize my 2006 v6 runs at 186.81 RWHP and 217.10 lbs of torque. I was running with an AFE intake (thanks to a fellow Mustang forums member), and I just installed the Single GT muffler today, so i'm hoping to get another 7-10 HP next time around. I am running 20's with my rims so I understang this will bring me down some. What upgrade should I go with next? My ultimate goal is to hit 210 RWHP. any suggestions? Thanks, everybody!! Hope to hear from all of you!

If I were you I'd consider a tuner like the XCalibrator 2 for my next mod.

I've got the same CAI as you and dual GT take offs with an 87 performance tune from Doug and hit 201rwhp and 238 torque on a manual. So I'd say a tuner!

Gears would be more useful compared to the pulley and headers, id go with 3.73's or 4.10's and t-lok or truetrac

i could be wrong but I really don't think that's going to change his dyno numbers...well the gears won't...the t-lock will

t-lok will not change dyno numbers...the gears will change torque a bit possibly, but if it does it wont be alot. but who cares what the dyno numbers are if you can go faster?!

Felicidades Juan! Iam glad you liked the AFE. With those same mods plus an Xcal 2 from Alternative i dynoed at 201hp and 216 tq thru an automatic. Headers and pulley wont show any big gains.Spark plug wires are worth 0 gains. As for the gears... they will only lower your HP a tad (1-2 hp ) since it fools the dyno a bit, even thou the car will still accelarate faster. T -loc wont show any gains but will improve traction.
