I have a K&N CAI with Dual Magnaflows and am very happy with it. It did not require a tune after putting in, but I did get an XCal II tune from Steeda which juiced it up nicely.
It was about $240 and I installed it myself in an afternoon.
You can also easily get a cleaning kit at the local Autozone to keep it fresh.

i really like them. once they were put i the accelaration response was greater! and they sound and look pretty good! im putting pics on now

The CAI will also give you a slight HP boost, and hearing the air get sucked into your Manifold as your Magna Flows rev up is one of the coolest sounds you will ever hear. You may also see your gas mileage improve a bit after both mods are done, if you can keep from flooring it!
The good thing about the K&N, is you can add the tuner you want later. I would check out the various threads on
tuners and the best for your needs. Keep in mind various factors like how much you drive the car, if you are going
to the track at all, and what future mods you may consider when looking at a tuner.

hey i was wondering how much did it cost you to install the magna flows?
i have a 2006 v6 mustang its auto though i dont quite have the handle of a stick shift yet anywho i saw some vids at magnaflow.com it sounds awsome!

well i got it from a local muffler shop and they ordered them and installed them for 365. but i didnt get like an xpipe. we just have 2 new pipes straight from the headers back.
but they sound really good ill put some pics up as soon as i get home

if i order the one i posted in the origanal post can i get a tuner a little later ? cause of i dont have the money to buy both right now?
or is that not an option?
