Thanks! Its an Auto. So, a tune will add approx. 20 RWHP??? From what I've researched and just to verify this. And how much more does the CAI help. TKS

noo, a tune and a intake will get you like 25...a tune alone will be good to change shift points on the auto, and it may give 5 hp. someone else will know better...im not a tuner.

I know what you guys are saying but what is the real HP at the crank and not what Ford puts on the marketing info. 200 isn't hard either from an auto with exhaust, tune and CAI! I've seen alot of dyno's on various site close to 200 and even above!

Not really, you make it sound rare. Most autos are right around 200 w/ i/tune/e.

As for the crank hp to whoever asked, from the average rwd powertrain loss #'s <roughly 20% on a manual and 25% on an auto> you can extrapelate the numbers and say the v6 is probably a bit underrated and is somewhere around 225. But of course some cars are going to dyno lower, some higher, and the 15hp it may be underrated just keeps Ford out of trouble with those owners whose cars do dyno lower then normal. Same thing with the crank tq.
