Default It rattles my brain

Ok, So I got a new dual exhaust system put on my car about a month ago now. Dual Flowmaster 40's. Now I have this load rattle coming out of the shifter column at about 1500 RPM. I saw on the forums that it might be something to do with a TSB that ford put out a while back. The question is since my car is still under warranty, do I take it to the dealer, or do I contact the muffler shop where i got the work done (who said the parts and labor have a lifetime warranty)?
Or do you guys think it might be the ****fter boot moving around a bit, because when I put my hand on the boot when the colum rattles, it subdues it quite a bit.
Other than that the exhaust sounds great and I am loving it... I just dont like my close to brand new car rattling more than my 6 year old truck.

Anyhelp would be great!

I don't think dual exhausts causes the rattles. My car had rattles at 1500 rpm from day 1. I took it to a Ford dealer. They attached a damper to the exhaust pipe. It helps a little bit ; but, the problem is still there. I can not do anything but live with it. You can take your car to a Ford dealer. That problem is on TSB.
