Default just a general question

ok i have a 67 classic and i need a Daily driver so i was near a dealership the other day and i drove an 06gt 4.6 and it was nice and fast and i went over to the v6 and didn't really expect to much out of but but DAMN that is one v6 wiith some umph any ways that is makin me consider the v-6 alot and i would like to know what can be done with them and how do they react to changes with intake and exhaust and what do i need to look for or watch out for in them bsically i just wanna know what it is capable of

Check the posts here you'll find out there is plenty of potenial for a daily driver as well as racing and style.

i mean at most with bolt ons you're gonna be running like 215rwhp....once u get into turboing the car you can be like rygen and run 320rwhp and 370lb/ft tq. i mean there are quite a few supercharged/turbocharged 4.0s around here all running about 300rwhp give or take 20hp.

They can run solid 14's with just some bolt ons, and are in the 15's stock. They react pretty well to bolt ons. They do well with boost too.

Installing a CAI & tune (will need a X Cal 2) would be the first two things I would do the car’s performance will increase from a low 15 sec car to anywhere from around 14.70-14.90 sec car depending on you elevation in your area. If you add an aftermarket muffler or dual exhaust should knock off around tenth to a tenth and a half. The above will make the most difference (biggest bang for the buck) and would differently be the first to do in the order above.
