I am most likely going to go with Shorty headers from JBA.
When I said I want to go with High flow cats I mean I want
to change the catalytic converters on my car to a more free flowing
cat. Don't worry about newb questions, everyone has to start somewhere,
asking is the only way you learn. There is still a ton of stuff I learn everyday
reading these forums.

I'm waiting for my single Flowmaster to get here. I ordered it from V6 Mustang Stuff. I haven't found any clips for single ATs. If anyone finds some can you pleasePM me?

Don't know where any clips are...probably in the exhaust sound clipsticky.
I heard the single AT in person at my school and it sounded great, you won't be dissappointed.
