Default Pulling out Cats - opinions?

Hey guys, well I've heard a V8 with and without cats, and without sounds insane. I wanted to know how a V6 sounds without cats (I couldn't really find any sound clips) - I was thinking of going No Cats/Hpipe/ Dual Magnas or Flows -->

Yes, I am well aware that it is illegal.

In any case, does anyone have any opinion over the matter?
No Cats/Hpipe/ Dual Magnas or Flows compared to Cats/Hpipe/ Dual Magnas or Flows

Thanks

I just got mine taken off, and it is LOUD! I am not sure what it sounds like on a 05+, but on mine it sounds pretty good. Idle sounds mean as hell, but there is some banging around that i may have to look at. You may also get a very faint smell of gas. If you do get them, just make sure not to get on it by any cops.

Here is a link to a 95 v6 w/flows and no cats.

If we find out it sounds good on our cars, then I will do it.

Yeah this is probably a dumb question but, how hard is it to take
off the cats on our cars?

I've heard the sound on the new sixers without any cats isn't too great. It should be pretty easy to take off the cats just cut them off and weld a new piece of exhaust tubing on

Sounds great at startup and idle... and cruising... but at 3,000 RPM to about 4,000 it sounds terrible... the car really buzzes bad...

Just think though, it will keep you from getting on the gas pedal, lol.

LOL! Very true... it's really bad when the car is cold... once you've been driving for a while and things get hot it's not as bad... Of course startup sounds amazing... LOL! I was at a gas station and I started her up... couple of guys come running over... they were "OMG! What do you have in that thing???" LOL! Oh, and it did shave probably close to .2 off my 1/4 mile ET...
