Loud Stock V6 Exhaust at 40mph?

Loud Stock V6 Exhaust at 40mph?
I have a stock V6 with automatic transmission. When I hold the speed steady at 40 mph I notice that exhaust has a fairly loud and deep sound that I don't have at any other speed. If I hit the Overdrive button it slightly changes RMP and it isn't noticeable. It doesn't bother me and I can't hear it if the stereo is cranked up anyway, but I just wanted to know if something might be wrong with my car (while it is still under warranty) or if this is the same in all V6's.
Thanks

It is loud just under 1,500 RPMs. It is loud enough to make some interior plastic partsannoying vibration sound. Kind of like my subs do to my power window switch. Anyone know how to stop the power window switches from rattling with bass?

I made it true dual exhausts with Ford parts: 2 brackets, 2 GT mufflers take off, X pipe Ford racing and GT left mid-pipe. The car still vibrates at 1500 rpm without the damper. So; I install the damper back. Now, the vibration is solittle that I only feel it if I pay close attention to it.

It's loud udner 1500 RPMs because you need to downshift. That's way too low for driving.

Maybe we have different transmissions. Noise and vibrationat 1500 rpms happen to AUTO transmission only.
