spark plug dilemma

spark plug dilemma
I have a dilemma about what spark plug to use in my 05 V6 automatic. some say use NGK iridium others say do not use any thing other than stock unless you have forced induction. Stock Plugs are engineered to give the best results for that engine.
Has anyone changed plugs and had a dyno done?
