Default Exhaust Question

I'm definately getting a new exhaust. The only question is which one. Im leaning towards MRT but im not sure if i should only do axle-back. Or should i do the MRT and go header back with that. Or header back with a different system. The only thing i don't want is Dual. Im a V6 and proud, I dont want people saying that im trying to make it a V8.

Im sure this question is an infamous one in the forums but as you can tellI am a newbie here. I do appreciate all input on the matter seeing as im trying to get the exhaust dilemna set before i put on my new rear lip by ThursdayJan, 11.

Thanx again for all the great info

well if you dont have to pass emmissions then pull the cats off
i would talk to john(screamin) first
he has an MRT and no cats and i think he has headers

If you were doing duals I would say Flowmaster AT's but since
you don't wanna do that I would definately say go with the MRT.

Also if possible does any one know which set of headers is better. MAC or JBA. Its just JBA is $450 and MAC is like $280. why is there such a huge difference?

You could go with a good axle-back, they are all around the same gains (within 2rwhp) so it is really a matter of sound. Then, you can go with Mac longtubes and prochambers
