Panhard Bar- Heavy Duty or Aluminum

Hi, Iam about to purchase an adjustable panhard bar. CHe Performance offers both a Heavy Duty and an Aluminum one. Which one should i get?

Based on your mods you do not need the h/duty one. Extreme power in your Mustang then yes I would say get the h/duty one.
