A C&L and tune yes, the brute force makes your car sound nice and it runs you a bit lean, but it is a "no tune" device, you could custom tune for it but It will not do much as it does not draw enough air on its own to even bring a CEL on.....
Save your money and buy a tuner, CAI and tune from a shop and that will help you, still to beat a 04 GT you are going to need Juice or FI ......
What is the fascination with beating brother GT's anyways?.....
