Fang Chin on Front Bumper: Questions

Hey guys, I was looking at the other thread, and REALLY like the look. I had some questions for those that know about it -

Is there anywhere to get them, so that they come painted and ready for installation.

If not,

How much for the thing itself -
How much for painting + installation?

Oh btw, I get GT side skirts, rear bumper, and dual magnas this weekend. Exciting stuff lol.

Haven't seen them pre-painted anywhere
$249 plus shipping
Paint cost... make some calls locally (it's fiberglass so it will need some minor prep)
clamp drill & install - 20 min
