Its a choice of what your plans are with the car.............

If this is a second car or you do not plan on taking long trips and more of a local get around car that you will race more than average go with the 4.10's

If this is your only daily driver that you actually go on long drives or trips and not so much into racing the car all the time then I would go with the 3.73's

I would do the T-lok and gears at the same time to save on labor.

yea sumone else told me to do it at the same time. and its def my daily driver. but are u saying that only because of the gas mileage or because of some other factor? because if its only me losing gas **** it..i used to fill up $500 a month now i do less than half that so it wont be a big issue for me.

I think the shift patterns for the 4.10s make daily driving more difficult for stopping/acclerating, but I'm not sure.

well i am amazed that nobody asked this....what are your plans for the car? Do you plan on just doing bolt ons and such, are you planning on a blower/turbo?

that;s what everyone seems to say, but i can't see it being that bad. our first gear is really not that short...i dono why people complain about it so much. Have any of you ever driven an rsx-s or cobalt ss/sc? GOD DAMN first is short in those.

4.10s are perfectly fine for a DD, my buddy lost 2 mpg on the highway and stayed the same in the city

i will recomend you get a limited slip unit put in along with the gears,i will NOT reccomend thefactory FFRP tlok especially wiht a 5 speed
