I don't think he means he's going to be buying off a car lot.

There is a program for military stationed overseas for more than 30 days where they can buy a new car on base from Ford.

I have some advice if you are a little flexible on what you want and want to save some $. Just few weeks ago in Jan. I picked up my 06 Pony Pkg 2kmiles. 3 months into warranty, clean carfax for $15000 car is perfect. List price $23000! Watched a lot of mustangs on cars.com Dec and Jan in Chicago area, prices kept dropping. Hard to sell in Jan. lot of dealers will only hold them 60 days then off to auction. First they would not budge from $17500. month later they took my offer of 15. Happened to be the color I wanted and options. Seemed like a lot of Ford excecutive low milage program cars out there too. Dont know if this helps you, if its new you want then go get it! Can never go wrong buying new. Cant think of anyone that deserves a long drive in a new mustang more than you. Thanks for what you do! Means a lot to me and my family!

Ok Guys the man said that Ford is doing a special program for military maybe he means that it's for the 08 model year. If thats the case and you want a V-6
Get the pony package .It come with GT suspention that handle alot better, Shaker 500 stereo, Leather seats, Fog lights 17 " GT wheels, And pony emblems and spoiler. Thats alot of upgrades for the cash they charge not to mention the added resale value.
Oh and if they'll do the military deal on a 06 or 07 you may want to look at that. I personaly would be careful about buying a "new-used" don't know what some crazykid may have done to it!! IMO
Thanks for your sevice Brother.......... US Army 78-81
sorry but I have to correct you here...its not GT suspention, its GT inspired suspension. and the pony package does not come with a shaker 500...thats seperate...leather seats? wtf are you on.
@edrickk mine came with the shaker 500 and I had a choice of 2 one with leather and the other without!!! I chose the one without as I'm going to put mach 1 leathers in it from MRT. GT inspired, GT suspension Tomato--- tomoto it doesn't really matter other than the V6 handles better!!!!
The dude asked for advice on buy one not to have a hot head come in here with a semantical arguement. CHILL man do some research and you'll realize its all MUSTANG.
Go luck to the poster most stangers aren't so hot headed.
