Default Better gears for a 05 auto?

hey guys im new to the forum and ive been looking at getting some new gears and a t-lok, but im confused which gears to go with. i have a 05 auto and am trying to decide whether to go with 3.73 or 4.10
any and all input would really help.

I just got the 3.73 installed 4 days ago and I love it. Although I don't have an auto butI believe they would work just as great on an auto. There have been other posts about them and it all comes down to preferance. There is actually only one guy in this forum who will try his hardest to convience you to get 4.10. Get 4.10 only if don't mind high RPM on highway which means low gas mileage.

how different does it feel with the gears and t-lok?
and more importantly how long was your first two wheeled burnout
