What is the difference between the GT500 rear bumper vs. the GT/CS rear bumper? Besides the brake cooler or air diffuser. I like the looks of the GT 500 rear. But I have the chance to buy a GT/CS rear bumper from a ford dealership real cheap. Are they the same bumper? Is the lower portion the same in both just painted in on the GT/CS. Ford can not give me an answer? Do any of you guys know from experience? Thanks.

Think it is the same but i wouldnt swear to it, i would buy the gt/cs bumper if its cheap because they look the same.

I just wait the bottom to be black all around it. And i don't want it painted black. It would chip to easy. I want it to match the rocker panels.

The GT500 and CS have the same rear, except the lower air diffuser part is painted on the CS.

Your going to have to paint them both either way you go. It's not the same heavy duty material the side skirts are made from and not the same black color.
I have the GT/CS one and it came prepainted on the lower center part. The rest of the bumper was a dark brownish/grey color and had to be painted.
