Default Dual MAC's??

Does anyone even have these...right now they area choice for getting duals now as the ninosport kits on backorder..I plan on having this car for a while so I want a stainless exhaust that will last.
The cutting poses a problem because when you need cats you need to have you entire y pipe replaced in which it will have to be recut...also there could be rattles/leaks/problems etc
Mags are droners
JBA's are aluminized and with the y pipe are no where under 500
Pypes...have to cut
dynomax..aluminized...have to cut

Is there a reason no one has macs? Does anyone know how they sound? Are they just not good quality?

Any input is greatly appreciated!

"I HAD Mac duals. The drone was enough to destroy one's central nervous system. I recommend them if you're sick and tired of having to talk and/or listen to the radio in your car."On another forum someone had this to say about them....can someone second this? This is enough to draw me away from them

Wouldn't staggering resonators take care of the drone?

The mufflers on the MACs will ring like a bell if you tap them. I doubt anything will fully eliminate drone on these.

so i guess, MACs are a bad idea?
sure sounded good on some clips

"MAC's cat-back systems for the 2005-07 Mustang V6 are perhaps the best values in aftermarket exhuast. With these systems you get all stainless steel construction, MAC's famous FlowPath mufflers, and huge 4" rolled edge tips. All the bells and whistles for a great price! This system has a deep muscle car tone but is still adequate for everyday driving."- ninosport

i actually just put dual macs on my car. and wow your right the drone is crazyness. but after a couple minutes of driving on the freeway the drone kinda went away. i am hoping when i break them in a little bit that they will go away. if not i will put some resonators on. they are loud as hell though. ill try and get a clip up soon.
