i dont understang that talk 40 nm 30lb-ft How would i know the bolts are torqued at 30lb ft? or 40 nm

It is simple. Get a torque wrench. They sell them at Sears or many other tool supplies. Auto Zone might even have one you can borrow. They are simple to use.

How much does a torque wrench cost , Also will jba send instruction ?
And a friend told me if it's not done right i can blow a valve is that true ? how hard can it be just bolting? ON

get a torque wrench, a #7 star socket to remove studs and also buy some new gaskets, from the auto parts store, take your time and you should be okay. the existing gaskets should not be used and the ones that come from JBA I'm told are not of the same quality as the replacements you get from autozone(6.99), one of the hardest things is the egr tube. also try to get your exhaust piping moved back some so it clears the header when you install, I have MAC headers and learned a few lessons when installing
