Rear end whine at 60mph?

RE: Rear end whine at 60mph?
I don't have the same issue, thank god, but I would have thecondition and level of the gear oil checked as well as a general inspection of theentire drive train while they'reat it. Have them test drive itof course then narrow it down. Simple anddirect. Then make the necessary adjustments or repairs.
If you have a good Ford dealer around you have a good relationship with and trust, I'd let one of their certified specialists handle it. The work will also be under warranty if you haven't exceeded the maxdrive trainmiles yet that is. But the work they do will be guaranteed none the less and it will be done right.

it is a problem that a lot of cars are seeming to have. i heard that there is a TSB, but dont quote me on it. I get a sound from my rear during certain RPMs on certain gears. I took it to the dealer and they told me that if it gets really bad they can look into it.
