you could take the rear seat out, take out the front seats, drain the gas tank, get a small battery, remove the stereo, install a robotic control of the car, dont get in the car!

You could...
6. trade your V6 in for a GT so you don't need to reduce the weight!
Wow, that's great advice! [&:] So I guess you're saying that no GT owners are interested in optimizing their power-to-weight ratio? Very helpful indeed...

I was actually making fun of someone that wants to reduce weight in a V6 when these cars are not made to be raced. It has a truck engine in it for God's sake! If someone wants to have a faster car, quit investing so much $ in the car they have and buy a car that is built to go fast (i.e. the GT). I love making fun of people that want to do whatever they can to try to make a "sleeper". Yes, I have a V6...but I bought it for the looks and practicality. I could afford a GT, but it is not necessary for what I plan on doing with the car.

Spare tire is around 30, jack is like 5lbs, passanger side seat is 50, trunk carpet/board is 8lbs, rear seat..(bottom portion) is 12lbs. Thats about 100lbs, a 10th off your ET.

Ya a 100lb is .15, 200lb is .30 in the quarter. A lot of stripping down. Do you really want to gut the car for that? Sure if it's a race only car.
