Default ASP Underdrive Pulley

Took 'sly' out to try and fix, or least get a bearing, on some leaky headers...then was told that my belt is showing signs of wear...signs of wear??? Replaced the stock with a ASP Pulley sometime ago and haven't noticed any problems but it concerns me...i don't need my belt breakin' loose on me in the middle of the road....anyone else had problems with these things after adding any additional 3rd party add-ons?

Side note...anyone have SCT Livewire yet???

actually one that was to long... ended up hitting my alternator cover and had rubber dust from the belt all over the alternator! It also started squealing from slipping...

does UDP void any section of warranty? Basically I would like to know if it shortens the life of the engine or not.

I could see you running ito a voided warranty with electrical related things. While it realistically shouldn't affect anything, I doubt a Ford dealership is going to let you play with the alternator and still honor your electronics in the event something fails.

I am putting a motoblue in tomorrow. I would bet that you could sell the ASP on ebay. I have heard no problems with the motoblue
