Has anyone taken the wire from where it splices into the headlight switch (the red and white wire), and plugged it into another wire, such as the wire that works the parking lights? I was hoping someone had done it and could tell me which wire, because I was hoping to run the foglights independently of the headlights.

if you want to run the fogs indipendently just ground the wire. the ss kit /harness uses a ground as the triger. i know i help design it and i was the first unit. . i myself am using the gt switch. and that way i can run with running lights and fogs only or both, the concern of just hooking to ground is that you could acidently leave them on. the gt switch is a clean way to go. you could also hook to the running lights by taping in to the wire at the front light just run the wire in the provided loom. remember it is a hot wire and you would have to rewire the relay or ad another relay. i have posted wire diagrhams for both options. do a search. if you need more info pm me and ill try to get back to ya later.
