Default Trying to find an old style shift ****

I've got an '06 5speed, V6, and I would like to have an old style shift **** for a retro look and feel. I would like to find a Hurst T handle or the white ball with the 5 speed design. I had ordered one but the threads did not match up. I have an after market Chrome ball but I'd like the retro feel of my old '65. Thanks for the help.

There are bushings to adapt shift ***** to different size shafts. I have a white Hurst **** I'd let go but you probably already have the same one. I also have the chrome and leather stock **** that comes on the GT and interior upgraded V6 that I'd sell.

I have a white Hurst ball that I ordered from the local speed shop when I had my '02 GT. Going on my new 07 Pony when I get it tonight. If I remember right it cost about $37.

[:@] Guess what? Tried to put the old **** on the '07 and the threads are different!! What a sack full! The thread size is the same, but the pitch is different. Guess the stock "Euro" style **** will have to stay.

I tried putting a T **** on but didin't know what to do with the boot. The stock **** has this ring to fit the boot, if you put a different **** the boot just hangs loosely.......

Here's a pic of how mine turned out. Thinking of doing something to trap the top of the boot at the bottom of the stick. Had the re-thread the Hurst ball,as it was from my 02 GT.

I've seen tons of Hurst ***** on Jegs.com for like $25 or around there depending.

Also, my boyfriend has the old style Hurst T-Handle **** for his 76 Blazer

Got it at Kragen...check there for one.

I got my Tee handle at Kragen and it came with a bunch of bushings to fit about any size shaft.
