Default New V6 guy

Hello world,

I have been gone for many months out of the states, deployed. With the money that I have racked up I am getting a V6 Mustang, say what you want, but I am 20 with a horrible record. And I plan on building my Mustang up over time, and when I turn 25 I plan on doing an engine swap. But what are any suggestions, to make it look good, and sound good. Its going to be black with Silver stripes up the middle, but the rest I am looking for suggestions, I am a low person on the totem pole in the military, so we are on a shorter budget. Thanks for you help.

All i can say is, besides thank you, is that black with silver should look great. Post some pics once you get. I'm thinkin about that combo for the future. Throw some black rims on it too, maybe black out the tailights, unless you're not into the blackout look.

I really like my V6 and there's plenty to do to wake it up. As far as a motor swap, I don't think that would be cheap. Better to do a supercharge if you want that much more power. Swap includes a lot more than just a motor. Computer, wiring etc. I understand about the lack of money. The V6 was all I could afford too. You can have plenty of fun with the stripes, wheels, tires etc. to keep your wallet on the thin side for plenty of time. You'll probablywant to do some serious cruising, so enjoy the car.

[sm=usa.gif] From this vet to you, Welcome back and thanks!
Black is always sharp, check out Alloy gray if you get the chance. It's real dark and I bet would look great with siver stripes (it's a color combo on the Shelby). I know what you mean about the $$$ situation, I wouldn't spring for the extra
$6,000 for the GT. I am real happy with my pony, plus there's a ton of goodies out there for it. Good luck and welcome back.
