If its the vinyle then just get a spray bottle and fill it with soap and water. Then spray the sticky side and position the vinyle on car. It will dry and stick. The air bubbles will go away in about a week.

If your talking the stripe inbetween the taillights good luck. I did it and it was a "F" pain. Cut the hole around bezel close as you can. Soap the **** out of it, work from center out with sqeege. Air bubbles don't come out after unless serious sun. Even then you'll need to use a pin and press out the water bubble. The hardest is around the bezel. (fake fill door)

If your talking the upper stripe by the taillight just get it centered/levelgood before sqeege and plenty of soap.

Lots of good info right here;

http://www.baltimorestreetmods.com/install.htm

However, your original post said it was a sticker. These are directions for a decal...Need to determine which it actually is...If it's an actual peel and stick sticker, these directions won't apply. Stickers are tough, and unforgiving......
