Alright, so today I finally got time to go and install the pypes. I had the X pipe with the Street Pro mufflers. I'm pretty happy overall.. but they're pretty damn loud. Sounds like a beast when you rev it, and when it takes off. I had my friend take off, drive to the end of the block and come back, and I stood outside. Course it sounds different in the cabin.. and there is that annoying *** drone that starts at 1800 rpms. So overall, loud, rumble, but drone. Anyone with the pypes figure out a way to lessen or even eliminate the drone?? And has it sounded any different with time? Maybe breaking it in?

yeh it gets quieter....The ride home from my friends house putting it on...me and my dad looked at eachother and were like wow this is wayyyy too loud. But after 200 miles or so on it, they are quieter and you hardly notice the sound if you have the radio on. I went on the highway as well and that wasn't bad at all. But the takeoff sounds are damn nice and you get a lot of attention...and driving through town overly revving is a lot of fun
