Puerto Rico,

Something does not sound right to me .If you are running 14.52 it would seem that you should be running more like 97 -98 mph approx. ??

with a high revving, front wheel drive car that gets no traction yes....but with a mustang, he is spot on.

Nope. These cars pull pretty hard off the line ....2.08 60 ft ....thats what helps in getting a good 1/4 mile timewith them. Iam also running 4.10´s and a 285/35 R18 Nitto Drag radial which has a smaller diameter than the stock tire....so my actual gear ratio is a bit taller than 4.10. That explains my lower trap speeds. Another factor is that heat and humidity kill horsepower(and MPH)and on thatday Temps were around 85 F and humidity around 80 %.

I had changed to 4.10´s and switched from the AFE intake to the C&L with a new tune. At the same time i changed to the 18 inch fanblades from the 17 inch wheels. With all the changes i had to get used to the car again and work a bit on the tune. I was trying to powerbrake the car at first but the tranny definately doesnt like it ....best results were without powerbraking. I think there is a bit left in the car so we will see what happens ...i got to keep fitbikeco on his toes.....jejejje.

are you running street tires? god damnit i wanna go to the track, but i still cant figure out if i have to be 18 or bring a parent if im not 18....does anyone know?!
Nitto Drag radials 285/35 R18 .....i use them everyday rain or shine. 100 treadware , 28 psi for the track. They are street tires but work much better than regular radials.
