I thought that was the manual. It says auto is optional . But I'm thinking that 6.2 may be a mistake? Auto is 6.8 - 6.9, manual I thought the best would be 6.5 - 6.6 . Could the pony package 17" tires get it to 6.2 ? I'm thinking the best maybe 6.4 but I could be wrong.

well all of the interior pictures on the site that got a 6.2 had an automatic....so i am assuming that's what it is. Either way it is VERY impressive, and i don't doubt it is possible. I have seen 6.5-6.6 on a base manual and 6.8-6.9 on an auto base. The pirelli's on the pony package are much stickier than the stockers, so i can see it shaving off a bit of time from a dig.

Sounds about right. My wife has an 07 BMW 328i sedan w an inline 6 and does 0-60 in 6.1 - 6.3. The V6 mustang is pretty darn fast!! I got beat by one in her car a few weeks ago.

If this is true with those 0-60 times then the pony package mustang should run high 14's stock .Im wondering though if a manual with the 16" tires can break 15.0

I dont know, because they have the Pirelli tires instead of the crappy BFG mini van tires that come on it.

i have heard and read that the stock bfg's are just TERRIBLE tires, so the pirellis hook up much better, which could actually help out quite a bit...
