Just installed the MRT intake guys and you can definatly hear/tell the difference. of course its not as big of a diff as if u were to have a tune. but it does pull a little bit more. and its loud. im happy with my purchase. soon ill be getting my xcal II. now i just need to clean up my engine a little bit lol. ****in MI winter.
the intake looks nice, butyou're engine bay is freakin dirty. lol.
lol yeah it really WAS. i spent about 2-3 hours yesterday cleaning it! now its all shiny. looks sexy as hell haha.

i understand that the C&L has higher gains due to the design of the tube but how much more does it really gain compared to my AEM? I'm only asking cuz i may purchase a C&L if it's even worth it.

larger tube from C&L=less restrictive=more airflow=more airflow + tune= better results by at least 120%

your AEM prob gets you 4 HP, the tune and C&L will get you upwards of 18

hahah you said to call u around 2 and ull be up well by the time i got a hold of you it was three. I couldnt waite. plus i figured it out. the only part that wasnt clear in the directions was about the breather hose. so i had to figure that one out but, haha that was my bad. i still wonder where those cars on telegraph were meeting up at. and we should have raced that TC. fricken ricer
