Need help w/ mods.
okay, heres my question
1. would this chin spoiler look good painted silver w/ black racing stripes and leave myside skirts stock black or get the take off GTside skirts in silver

2. can I buy the GT take off side skirts from my car dealer and have them install them or do I have to but them online and bring it to a body shop?

Thats funny you bring up the fang chin spoiler, cause thats my next mod. I have a torch red with the pony package (with the black side door mustang stripe).
Now early on, my car could've taken two directions...
I went with --> GT back bumper, red gt rocker panels (side skirts), and Im going to the paint the chin spoiler red to match the car.... I do though have a dual exhaust.
The x-factor here is your rear bumper. I don't know how your car would look with the v6 silver rear bumper, the gt side skirts, and a black chin spoiler, I think it might look pretty good (maybe later on, you could later on add black billet rims and the black racing stripes for a complete package).
However, i think if you got the matching gt parts, that would look nice as well.
You can't really go wrong with either scenario, silver is a nice color IMO, silver on black looks very nice, either setup you go with [8D]

oh btw before I forget,
The fang chin spoiler - 250 bucks (unpainted, but ready for painting)
the best estimate for painting + installation - 150 bucks.
400 bucks total.
gt rocker panels, = 70 bucks. GT rear bumper = 150 Bucks. everything with shipping included 320 bucks to the dot.
(try v6mustangstuff.com or newtakeoff.com I would go and ask around about the quality of newtakeoff.com v6mustangstuff for the most part thepieces came in solid shape, but there were some scratches that aren't that visible on the pieces).
If you went with the dealer, what i paid 420 (including installation from the dealer), I would have paid 980.00) No joke. It was robbery.
installation (at local dealer) = 100 bucks.
