Default CAI & Springs

ok, the next two mods I'm putting on my car are a CAI and springs to lower her.

does this ford racing CAI require a reflash, and does it fit on an '07 V6?

heres the link. http://www.fordracingparts.com/parts...tKeyField=8979

It does fit on the 07, and it does require a reflash (but it comes with it)

...looks like the steeda intake with a FRPP sticker lol. The only problem with those is that the tuner is not versetile at all. You would be better off going with a different company that will give you an Xcal2 instead.

An AFE Stage 1 or the K&N Airraid but you are better off getting the tune. Its going to do so much more for the car compared to just the airbox replacement. Its a better investment to get the tune from a good performance shop.

the only thing is, I dont want to have to set it back to stock before I bring the car in for service, and Im not looking to spend 600 bucks on it, I just saw the BBK performance CAI and it looks real nice, its got the polished hose, plus a blue air filter, which I think looks great and its only 200 bucks!

what are the performance gains from the BBK?
