RE: 8.8 rear vs Tlok 7.5
i very much so disagree. unless you've had personal experience with both, you cant really preach.
i had the 7.5, truetrack, and reinforced girdle. it failed with 210rwhp/239rwtq
the STOCK 8.8 is holding 410rwhp/459rwtq quite well so far.

Fazm, Do you think maybe your 7.5 was a "fluke"? I think Buckman, Ryan, flapjackand Scrming are all runnig 7.5s (someone correct me if I am wrong) and several of the new Xers. It sorta seems like your 7.5 was the exception and not the rule Fazm. Not saying your wrong because you are 100X the expert I am just trying to get all the facts out on this never ending debate.

i was cuttin those 60' times while n//a (anda 1.898, which cost me a clutch) i plan on gettin into the low 1.7 60's now, and maybe even a high 1.6. i know the 7.5 wouldnt hold.
rygen upgraded to the 8.8, scrming and flapjack are usin the 7.5 still
scmring is an auto, so the shock isnt there like a manual car. flapjack is a manual... we will see how long it holds

So Fazm do you still have 3.31s in your 8.8 and if so do you plan on changing them?
Also any idea what labor differece there would be between the two, it sounds like swapping the 7.5 with an 8.8 would be cheaper labor wise maybe even a DIY job?
