RE: roush underdrive pulley system.
wrong......there is proof in dyno charts all over this site that the underdrive pulleys have at max i think on one dyno it was 2-3rwhp. On all others the gains were < 1 rwhp. Don't waste your money. Also, people are having problems with their alternators when they do this.

RE: roush underdrive pulley system.
okay, let me clear up the info on the pulley issue, because both of the "facts" stated above are wrong
the alternator pulley gains about 2-3rwhp, this is the one that has the chance to break your alternator
the crank pulley gains about 5-7rwhp, this one wont break anything.
now for the question "is it worth it?"....it depends on what you consider...
The alt pulley is about $200 and maybe $30 for the belt. The installation can be done by yourself for free, or done at a shop for like $30. The only issue with this is that you might (probably) will end up buying another alternator.
The crank pulley is about $250, and maybe another $30 for the belt. The installation will cost you about $150, because you most likely wont be able to do it by yourself.

RE: roush underdrive pulley system.
I had my car dyno tuned at Brenspeed in Indiana by Brentwith the CAI and the SCT tuner with the moto blue crank pulley (only the crank pulley) and I received 38.5 more horsepower at the rear wheelson an 89 octane tune. So if you want to spend 195.00 for the crank pulley and 525.00 total for the CAI and the Tuner and have it tuned by a professional then that is up to you.
