question about combination of 18" wheels and tune/cai

hey guys, awhile back i put eighteen inch fanblades on my car. while i love the look, it is definitely more sluggish in accelaration. will adding a cai/tune at least get it back to the way it was accelarating pre-18" wheels? thanks.

Same thing happened to me after I got my 18" wheels. I bought the tuner/intake combo from brenspeed. It makes a world of difference, feels like a new car. You're gonna love it!!
